Following the recent blog on the information which we would like to see from the Supreme Court, a reader has pointed out that webcasts are available of the very last hearing before the House of Lords judicial committee – in the cases of BA (Nigeria) and PE (Cameroon) v Secretary of State for the Home Department (appeals from [2009] EWCA Civ 119).

There are two separate webcasts – for the the morning and afternoon hearings before the Judicial Committee.

The listings on the Parliament website are found here and here.

Matrix member Raza Husain, represented the respondent.

Whilst on the subject of the Supreme Court and webcasts, can we remind readers of Lord Mance’s recent You Tube interview – a rare opportunity to see a Supreme Court Justice being interviewed.
