We need more information about who is taking decisions in the UK Supreme court. There is no mention here that the leave to appeal was granted by a panel of three judges. It is important to know who they are. This is not just a fault of the UKSC blog. The names are generally unreported and there is no mention of who took the decision in the published judgment relating to this appeal. It is important to name the judges so that their activities can be followed.
