Test Claimants in the Franked Investment Income Group Litigation v Commissioners of Inland Revenue and anor continues this week in the Supreme Court from Monday until Wednesday, and is being heard by a panel of seven (L Hope, L Walker, L Dyson, L Brown, L Clarke, L Sumption and L Reed). On Wednesday 29 February 2012 the Supreme Court will hand down judgment in Lehman Brothers International (In Administration) and In the matter of the Insolvency Act 1986.
It’s a quiet week in the Privy Council – there are no judgments to be handed down and sittings will recommence next week.
