This will be heard in Court 2 from 12pm.
On Tuesday 24 May 2016 it will hear the appeal of R (Shindler & Anor) v Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster & Anor challenging the lawfulness of the EU Referendum Act 2015, s 2, in respect of the fact that it excludes British citizens who reside outside of the UK from voting in the upcoming EU Referendum if they have been resident outside of the UK for a period of more than 15 years.
