On Thursday 18 February, the Supreme Court will hear the case of Rittson-Thomas and Ors v Oxfordshire County Council. The appeal will consider whether title to land, which was gifted to the Council for use as a school under the School Sites Act 1841, reverted to the donor’s estate when the school ceased to operate from the gifted land.

Your list of outstanding judgements is somewhat out of date.
Keefe v Pinero was referred to the CJEU but was then settled.
Arcadia v Bosworth also went to the CJEU. We had judgement on the 11th April 19, the SC then remitted the case to the commercial court in March 20.
Anthony Mcintyre in a Judgement given ex tempore the Court concluded that it did not have jurisdiction to entertain the appeal.
In the matter of XY judgement was handed down on 18/6/20
R v Hilton judgement was given on 1/7/20
Macdonald v Cambroe 4/12/19 was the date of judgement [the case was heard on 2/5/19]
R v C [or Copeland as we now know him to be] the date of judgement was 11/3/20
