On Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 January, the Supreme Court will hear the appeal of Lehtimaki & Ors v Cooper. This case considers whether the court has jurisdiction to direct members of a charitable company on how to exercise their powers absent a breach of fiduciary duty.

On Wednesday 15 January, the Privy Council will hear the appeal of R v Vasyli (Bahamas). This case will consider whether the Court of Appeal was wrong to order a retrial of the Appellant who had been convicted of the murder of her husband.
