There were no Court sittings Monday 14 July 2014.

 

On Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 July, the Court will hear the case of International Energy Group Ltd v Zurich Insurance plc UK Branch on indemnity entitlement under an employers’ liability insurance policy regarding a claim for mesothelioma. This will be in Court 2 from 10.30 am each day.

 

On Wednesday 16 July 2014 the Supreme Court will hand down judgment in the following: R (Sandiford) v The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and FHR European Ventures LLP & Ors v Cedar Capital Partners LLC.

 

There are no Court sittings on Thursday 17 or Friday 18 July 2014. There are also no Privy Council sittings this week.
