The Supreme Court has published a list of the results of recent permission to appeal hearings.
Permission was refused in 34 cases and granted in 16, giving a success rate of 32%. The Court provides a monthly list of permission hearing decisions which it posts to a dedicated section of its website in PDF format.
The cases in which permission has been granted are as follows:

16 out of 40 is 40%, not 32%. I would think permission was refused in 34 cases, in which case the success rate was indeed 32 %.

Thanks – as per the corrected article, it’s 16 out of 50 (ie 34 plus 16), which is 32%.
