There is one hearing in the week commencing 22 June 2009, in the case of Office of Fair Trading (Respondents) v Abbey National PLC and others (Appellants). No judgments are to be delivered.

The hearing will take three days before a panel consisting of Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers, Lord Walker of Gestingthorpe, Baroness Hale of Richmond, Lord Mance and Lord Neuberger of Abbotsbury.
