Hearings in the Supreme Court are now shown live on the Court’s website.
On Monday 19 December, the Privy Council will hear the appeal of Marr v Collie (Bahamas). This will consider whether the Court of Appeal applied the correct legal test or tests in determining the beneficial ownership of certain property following the breakdown of a personal relationship.
