On Friday 5 February, the Supreme Court will hand down judgment in R (on the application of KBR, Inc) v Director of the Serious Fraud Office. The appeal considered whether the Director of the Serious Fraud Office could issue a notice pursuant to section 2(3) of the Criminal Justice 1987 requiring a foreigner to produce material held overseas.
The hand-down will be streamed on Supreme Court Live and will then be made available on the Supreme Court’s video on demand service.
