The UK Supreme Court has announced that judgment will be handed down in the matters of R (Miller) v The Prime Minister and Cherry & Ors v Advocate General for Scotland tomorrow morning, Tuesday 24 September 2019, at 10.30am.
The Justices in attendance for the hand-down will be: Lady Hale, Lord Reed, Lord Wilson, Lord Hodge, Lord Lloyd-Jones, Lady Arden and Lord Kitchin.
