As we have previously mentioned there are 5 interveners in the JFS case. The written submissions on behalf of the British Humanist Association have now been made available to UKSC Blog and are here.   They are drafted by David Wolfe and Adam Sandell of Matrix, and argue that the Supreme Court should reject JFS’ appeal.

We hope that other parties to Supreme Court cases will make what are public documents generally available – more generally, we understand that the intention is that such documents will, in due course, be available to everyone via the Court’s website (see our “information wishlist“)
