Lord Bach, the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice, has reassured the world that “further significant progress has been made during the summer parliamentary recess towards the establishment of the UK Supreme Court”. In a statement made on 9 September 2009 he records the handover of the new building and the coming into force of the Fees Order.
