3 R v Horncastle and others (Appellants) (On Appeal from the Court of Appeal Criminal Division) The appeal of Michael Christopher Horncastle, David Lee Blackmore, Abijah Marquis and Joseph David Graham was presented and ordered to be prosecuted subject to the procedures applicable thereto.
4 Norris (Petitioner) v Government of the United States of America and another (Respondents) The petition of Ian Norris praying for leave to appeal in accordance with the Extradition Act 2003 was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee (lodged 2 June).
5 Appeal Committee The 43rd Report from the Appeal Committee was agreed to and the following Order was made:
