4   Norris (Petitioner) v Government of the United States of America and another (Respondents) The petition of Ian Norris praying for leave to appeal in accordance with the Extradition Act 2003 was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee (lodged 2 June).

5   Appeal Committee The 43rd Report from the Appeal Committee was agreed to and the following Order was made:
