This morning the Supreme Court heard arguments as to whether permission to appeal from the Court of Appeal Civil Division should be granted, and, if it is granted, as to whether the appeal should be allowed or dismissed.
At the end of the hearing the Supreme Court announced that it would reserve judgment and give its decision at a later date. In the meantime, the injunction granted by the Court of Appeal will remain in force.
